We accept returns within 30 business days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging.
How to Return an Item

Photos if applicable (damaged items)

Package Your Items
After approval, repackage items with all original materials:
Farming mowers: Drain all fuel, include all parts and manuals
Woodenwork: Must show no signs of weather exposure

Ship Items Back
We'll email a prepaid return label. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Important: Never send products directly to manufacturers. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Use provided freight return labels
Palletize according to instructions
